What data
What you fill in on the contact form: name, email, website or company (optional), the service you’re interested in and your message. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, the details in that message.
Name, email and message are required so we can reply. Website or company is optional.
What for
Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we move forward, to prepare a proposal and carry out the project. We don’t use your data for advertising, we don’t sell it, and we only share it with the providers that run this website.
If we write to you first
Sometimes we write to a business to offer our services, for example with a performance report on its website. For that we only use contact details the business itself publishes (on its website, its Google Maps profile or its Instagram): the business name, its email or Instagram handle, its street address, its website and the report we made. We record where and when we found each detail.
Those messages are advertising and say so. If you don’t want any more, reply STOP (or BAJA) or write to hello@tiqstudio.com.ar: we take you off the list the same day and keep only your contact detail on a block list, so we never write to you again. You can also ask us where we got your details or ask us to delete them.
If there’s no reply or no interest, we delete that data 12 months after our last contact. The block list is kept.
